CTS Management

Kazim Raza Awan
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Kazim is responsible for providing strategic direction, enhancing the company’s financial performance and growth.

Kazim has extensive experience in strategic planning, project development and business operations. Prior to becoming CEO, Kazim was Senior Vice President responsible for the Cupola Group’s business development activities. His past work experience includes extensive stints at the Islamic Development Bank and the London School of Economics.

Kazim has a M.Sc. (Economics) and B.Sc. (Economics) from the London School of Economics. He has also completed courses at the Harvard Institute of International Development and the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Humaira Majid
Chief Operating Officer
Humaira has worked with CTS since the company’s inception. Her main responsibility is to deliver seamless, high quality services to CTS’s elite clientele. She is responsible for the efficient running of the services; overseeing core Operations, IT, Training, Quality and HR.

Previously she has worked with British Telecom as the Business Manager, ICT solutions for the EMEA region.

Humaira is a Certified Call Centre Manager from ISEB, UK. She also has a BBA in Marketing from Wyoming University, USA and has over 10 years of contact centre industry experience.

Iftikhar F. Kathawala
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Iftikhar is responsible for ensuring the financial health of CTS. His main responsibilities include: strategic financial planning, implementing and overseeing the financial accounting functions, maintaining monthly management accounts, preparing annual budgets and long term business plans.

Before joining Cupola Group, Iftikhar has worked variously as Group Chief Accountant for a group of companies in Oman; KPMG in Oman; and A.F.Ferguson & Company in India.

Iftikhar is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) USA, and Certified Member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (CISA), USA.

Sajjad Hamid
Director- Sales & Marketing
As Director of Sales & Marketing, Sajjad’s job profile includes overall responsibility and accountability for revenue generation, management of the marketing function and business development. Sajjad has been with CTS for over 4 years.

Before joining CTS, Sajjad was the National Sales Manager at Memo Express/Aramex for 4 years and also worked with Al Nabooda Automobiles in Dubai.

Sajjad has an MBA (Hons) in International Marketing from KEELE University, United Kingdom and BBA from European University – CYPRUS.

Khurram Iqbal
Director Operations Manager
Khurram is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the call floor, which primarily is focused on managing all the account managers assigned to client campaigns. His job entails project planning, overseeing execution, meeting client specific KPIs and being the main point of contact between clients and CTS.

He has over 5 years of experience in the Call Centre/BPO industry and was the head of the customer service centre at The Resource Group, one of the largest Call Centre/BPO Company worldwide, servicing fortune 500 companies in North America.

Khurram has a B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of London.

Preeti Khanna
Director HR, Training & Development
Canadian Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and Post Graduate in HR Management from Canada, Preeti has worked with multinationals like Dow Chemical Canada and Linamar Corporation (Skyjack Inc) in their HR Departments. As certified trainer and a recruitment specialist, Preeti has had the opportunity to handle all aspects of recruitment & selection including Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits.
